The Business Team must synergistically come up with solutions and manage projects. Often new technology is introduced into the organization causing a shift in how the stakeholders work with the Business. Effective Teams have a voice in the organization and are acknowledged and recognized by their peers.
Barriers to success are ineffective communication within the Business Team and with their higher-ups and the Team members may be struggling with mulitiple and competing priorities.
The Coach works with the Team and each individual Team member to address different needs, strengths, weaknesses and styles of communication. The Coach has an objective perspective and will respectfully and honestly say what is true to help the Team make better decisions.

- Collectively identify and clarify the strategies that will be employed
- The Team members will be challenged to acknowledge there is a world beyond their own
- The Team will be eager to solve their problems by collaborative problem-solving
- Each Team will be respected for diversity and different personalities and experiences
